How to Forward Deals to Private Telegram Channels

EZAffiliate fully supports forwarding converted affiliate deals into both Public Channels (@username) and Private / VIP Channels (-100xxxxxxxxx).

Many high-earning affiliate creators run Private Telegram Channels (e.g. VIP subscribers, paid deal groups, or secret flash-loot channels) to prevent public scrapers, avoid copyright spam reports, or monetize exclusive communities.

Why Use Private Channels for Affiliate Deals?

• Exclusive Monetization: Run private subscription channels or exclusive deal clubs where members pay for early deal notifications.
• Leech Protection: Keep competitors from discovering and scraping your curated deal channels.
• Zero Public Username Required: Create private invite-only channels without reserving public handles.

Step 1: Add Your Telegram Bot as an Administrator

Before your bot can post any deals, Telegram requires the bot to be an administrator in the private channel.

1. Open your Private Channel in Telegram.
2. Tap the channel header / name at the top to open Channel Settings.
3. Tap Administrators ➡️ Add Administrator.
4. Search for your bot using its username (e.g. @my_loot_deals_bot).
5. Enable the following administrator permissions:
   • Post Messages: ON / Enabled (Crucial)
   • Edit Messages: ON / Enabled
   • Delete Messages: Optional (Recommended for cleaning expired flash deals)
6. Tap the checkmark to save.

Step 2: Obtain the Numeric Chat ID (-100...)

Because private channels do not have a @public_username, Telegram identifies them via a unique numeric Chat ID that always starts with -100.

Here are the two easiest ways to get your private channel Chat ID:

Method A: Forward a post to @userinfobot (Recommended)

1. Post any temporary message or emoji into your private channel.
2. Forward that message to @userinfobot in Telegram.
3. @userinfobot will instantly reply with details including:

   Forwarded from: Your Channel Name
   Id: -1002345678901
   

4. Copy the entire ID including the minus sign and 100 prefix (e.g., -1002345678901).

Method B: Use Telegram Web / Desktop URL

1. Open Telegram Web in your browser.
2. Click on your private channel.
3. Look at your browser address bar: https://web.telegram.org/a/#-1002345678901 or .../c/2345678901/1
4. If it shows /c/2345678901/, simply add -100 in front of the numbers: 👉 -1002345678901

Step 3: Add the Private Channel ID in EZAffiliate

1. Open your EZAffiliate Creator Portal.
2. In the left navigation, click Forward Channels.
3. Under New Channel ID, paste your numeric ID:

   -1002345678901
   

4. Click Add Channel, then click Save Channels.

Can I forward to Both Public and Private Channels at the Same Time?

Yes! EZAffiliate supports multi-channel broadcasting. You can add:

• @deals_india_public (Public main channel)
• -1001928374650 (VIP private channel)
• -1009876543210 (Flash loot backup channel)

Every deal intercepted from your source channel will be converted and instantly delivered across all configured channels simultaneously.
